Service Description

This is great option for those that may not be ready to commit to using a doula but would like the support and education of a birth planning session.  A birth plan is a way for you to communicate your wishes to your health care team during your labor and after the birth of your baby. Each birth is a unique experience. The power of a birth plan is not the actual plan.  It is the process of becoming educated about all your options.
