Our spiritual in person birth doula support package includes the following. This is done on a spiritual level utilizing multiple healing modalities such as reiki energy healing, guided meditations, breathwork, crystal healing and affirmations. • Initial Consult - Get to know each other & beginning discussions of birth plan outline • 1st Prenatal Visit - Birth Planning Session • 1st Pregnancy Reiki Healing Session - in person or virtual (2nd Trimester) • 2nd Prenatal Visit – This visit will focus on pain management and comfort measures • 2nd Pregnancy Reiki Healing Session - in person or virtual (3rd Trimester) • Unlimited text, messaging, and phone support during pregnancy until labor • Support through active labor and birth • 3rd Pregnancy Reiki Healing Session - virtual (Postpartum) • 1 postpartum visit following birth Please Note the Duration that is stated is incorrect due to a glitch in the website - this is a package with no set time limit
