This is great option for those that may not be ready to commit to using a doula but would like the support and education of a birth planning session. A birth plan is a way for you to communicate your wishes to your health care team during your labor and after the birth of your baby. Each birth is a unique experience. The power of a birth plan is not the actual plan. It is the process of becoming educated about all your options.                                                          PACKAGES RANGE FROM $175 - $200

Our In-person & Virtual Birth Doula packages include the following:
Initial Consult - Get to know each other & Beginning discussions of a birth plan outline
1st Prenatal Visit - Birth Planning Session
2nd Prenatal Visit – This visit will focus on pain management and comfort measures.
Unlimited text, messaging, and phone support during pregnancy until labor
Support through active labor and birth
1 postpartum visit following birth

Spiritual Birth Doula Packages

Soul Support Birth Doula Services have partnered with Simply Divine Elements to offer clients a spiritual birth doula support package which includes the following and is done on a spiritual level utilizing multiple healing modalities such as Reiki energy healing, guided meditations, breathwork, crystal healing and affirmations.
• Initial Consult - Get to know each other & beginning discussions of birth plan outline
• 1st Prenatal Visit - Birth Planning Session
• 1st Pregnancy Reiki Healing Session - in person or virtual (2nd Trimester)
• 2nd Prenatal Visit – This visit will focus on pain management and comfort measures
• 2nd Pregnancy Reiki Healing Session - in person or virtual (3rd Trimester)
• Unlimited text, messaging, and phone support during pregnancy until labor
• Support through active labor and birth
• 3rd Pregnancy Reiki Healing Session - virtual (Postpartum)
• 1 postpartum visit following birth
