A virtual doula provides provides education, reassuring support throughout the pregnancy, labor and birth. The level of care is parallel in quality to that of traditional in person support, except services will be delivered virtually via a selected platform at time of initiation of services. • Initial Consult - Get to know each other & Beginning discussions of birth plan outline • 1st Prenatal Visit - Birth Planning Session • 2nd Prenatal Visit – This visit will focus on pain management and comfort measures • Unlimited text, messaging, and phone support during pregnancy until labor • Support through active labor and birth • 1 postpartum visit following birth Please Note the Duration that is stated is incorrect due to a glitch in the website - this is a package with no set time limit
